Michael Torsiello

Since joining Binswanger in 2013, Mr. Torsiello has had significant experience servicing industrial clients throughout New Jersey and the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Torsiello’s responsibilities include assisting with tenant and buyer representation, acquisitions, dispositions, consulting, and site selection. During his time with Binswanger, he has represented a variety of clients, including Comcast, TJX, Bombardier, Kohler, Exelon Generation Corp, Conair, Icahn Enterprises, Aluminum Shapes, Simmons Pet Food, and Ascena Retail Group, among others. Mr. Torsiello is an active member of SIOR’s Philadelphia Chapter, receiving the designation in 2023. He holds a degree in Accounting and Real Estate from Villanova University (2013), where he served as captain of the Mascot Squad and still serves as a member of the Nova Next Council for the DiLella Center for Real Estate.
