Mert Kerimoglu

Mert Kerimoglu is the longest tenured member of the Cross Regions Brokerage Team. He serves as a Broker and consultant to local and foreign Investors, using his understanding and knowledge of other cultures and their languages as well as commercial real estate investments. Mert is one of the most well-rounded and active Brokers in Jacksonville. He manages client relationships from lease negotiations to tenant build-outs. He also understands all aspects of interior build-out construction and acts as a consultant for his tenants. Prior to joining Cross Regions Group, Mert had worked at Time Magazine. While at the news magazine, he acquired extensive marketing and sales experience including knowledge of all electronic forms of communications. He has been investing in Commercial Real Estate for the last 20 years.
