With the floor plan still flexible, the facility can be configured to accommodate operating/procedure rooms, pre-op and recovery areas, clinical support space, administrative functions, and other ASC requirements. The proposed ASC would become a key component of the overall medical campus, alongside complementary physician practices and medical services.
