Matthew Corrigan

Matt Corrigan joined Binswanger in 2021 as a Vice President after leading industrial efforts at Green Street Real Estate for the previous three years. His expertise is in assisting clients through the industrial markets via tenant and buyer representation, acquisitions and dispositions, consulting, and site selection. As a part of Binswanger’s Mid Atlantic Team, Mr. Corrigan is responsible for projects in the eastern half of Pennsylvania with a focus on the northern Philadelphia suburbs including, Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties, through Northeastern PA. During his time at Binswanger, Mr. Corrigan has brokered numerous deals totaling over 1,000,000 SF in the Philadelphia suburban market. A few of the transactions included the sale of Bally Brook Industrial Park in Bally (Berks County), 441 County Line Rd in Gilbertsville (Berks County), and 18 Railroad St in Royersford (Montgomery County). Matt holds a degree in Economics from Penn State University where he graduated in 2015.
