Mark Volkman

Mr. Volkman has more than 20 years experience in real estate. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Volkman directed First Industrial Realty Trust’s initiatives across the Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus markets to provide custom industrial real estate solutions to corporate customers. Mr. Volkman was Regional Director of First Industrial’s Ohio region and was responsible for leasing, operations, portfolio management, investment, sales and development activity in the region. Prior to his former position, Mr. Volkman served as Director of Marketing and Leasing for First Industrial’s Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus Ohio markets. He also served as a marketing representative with ProLogis Trust where he was responsible for leasing the company’s industrial portfolio between the greater Cincinnati and Louisville, Ky., markets.
