Louis Lebourgeois IV

Louis LeBourgeois IV, a young and dedicated New Orleans native, is a commercial real estate professional with a degree from Louisiana State University, class of 2021. Louis began his career at The McEnery Company as a Research Analyst, where he developed a strong foundation in property valuation. While his initial focus was on appraisal and valuation, Louis has since transitioned fully into brokerage. As an active real estate licensee, he has successfully completed site selection for the up-and-coming Smalls Sliders brand and brokered retail deals with national brands such as Dollar General. Louis has also brokered complex deals requiring astute market expertise and knowledge, including representing both parties in nuanced owner-financed transactions. Becoming increasingly proficient in brokerage, Louis is committed to advancing within the industry. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running, and cheering on the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints.
