Lee Weyland, CCIM

Lee has over 13 years of experience in real estate. Specializing in the development, redevelopment, sales and leasing of mixed-use properties, Lee focuses on areas in and around the urban core. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, in 2007 he joined the Weyland Ventures team where he managed the commercial leasing and brand development for a portfolio of over 750,000 square feet of multi-use urban properties. Lee holds the highly coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation that marks him as a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. He specializes in the multifamily, office, retail, restaurant and hospitality real estate sectors. Lee serves on the board of directors for the Louisville Downtown Partnership, The Healing Place and is President-Elect for the KY CCIM Chapter. Lee and his wife, Jamie, have three wonderful children and enjoy an active lifestyle.
