Kevin Carroll is an Associate at Colliers and an industrial expert across the North Los Angeles market. Kevin specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial properties. Alongside partners David Harding, Greg Geraci, Matt Dierckman and Billy Walk, Kevin works to problem solve for owners, developers, investors and tenants in today’s dynamic business landscape. Kevin is a strategic problem solver, providing his clients with the appropriate tools to make the best decisions throughout the negotiation process. He is adept at offering streamlined processes to assist in reconfiguring older industrial sites into value-add opportunities, as well as tenant and investment consultation encompassing new, state-of-the-art construction. A USC graduate, Kevin has worked in commercial real estate for 6 years before joining Colliers in 2022. He is also a dedicated member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Southern California.
