Keith Cunningham is a Knoxville native and commercial real estate broker with Avison Young, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial, retail, office, and land properties throughout East Tennessee. Keith brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a practical understanding of the challenges business owners and investors face when making real estate decisions. Before joining Avison Young, he owned and operated a successful Snap-on Tools franchise for more than a decade, earning numerous awards and distinctions for sales performance and business growth. Earlier in his career, Keith worked as a petroleum landman in Fort Worth, Texas, where he developed extensive experience in negotiations, contract review, property research, and relationship management. Today, Keith combines his background in business ownership, sales, and negotiation with his in-depth knowledge of the Knoxville market to help clients identify opportunities, solve complex real estate challenges, and achieve their business and investment goals. He takes a hands-on, results-oriented approach to every assignment and prides himself on providing honest advice, responsive communication, and a high level of personal service. Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and son and remains actively involved in the East Tennessee community.
