Her background spans pharmacy, accounting and finance, commercial real estate brokerage, and real estate investing, giving her both an advisor’s and an owner’s perspective on real estate decisions. She combines market analysis, disciplined underwriting, negotiation, and practical execution to help clients evaluate opportunities and manage risk. Kate’s primary specialty is healthcare and medical real estate, including medical office buildings, dialysis clinics, outpatient facilities, urgent care, and other healthcare-related properties. She advises healthcare providers, investors, landlords, and property owners on leasing, tenant representation, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategy. Her practice also includes office, industrial, biotech/lab, retail, and investment properties throughout Pennsylvania. As an active real estate investor and owner-operator, Kate brings principal-side experience in acquisitions, underwriting, financing, and operations, providing additional perspective on pricing, financing alternatives, investment risk, and long-term value.
