A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Business Management and Public Policy, Julian built his career as a top-producing broker and team leader in the Philadelphia market, specializing in sourcing and acquiring land for development across residential, commercial, and industrial asset classes. This foundation provided him with a deep understanding of real estate cycles, market dynamics, and the strategic timing required to capitalize on opportunity. Seeking to apply this perspective more directly within the industrial sector, Julian went on to launch his own industrial-focused brokerage platform.
