Juan Gutierrez

Mr. Gutierrez began his real estate career as an industrial broker with CB Richard Ellis in their Ontario office, where he earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2008. After four years with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Gutierrez joined Voit Real Estate Services starting in 2010. During his tenure with Voit, Mr. Gutierrez has been recognized as one of the Inland Empire’s (San Bernardino & Riverside Counties) top industrial brokers according to CoStar Group. Mr. Gutierrez is an industrial specialist and has focused his efforts in the Inland Empire marketplace. He has experience in many facets of commercial real estate including tenant representation, landlord representation, land sales and investments sales. Mr. Gutierrez is a shareholder of Voit Real Estate Services and received Voit's highest designation, Executive Vice President, in 2021.
