
Josh Cunningham joined Kidder Mathews in April 2019 as a vice president in the company’s Irvine office. Josh’s real estate focus is on retail, office, and mixed-use investment properties primarily in Orange County. He helps owners, developers, and landlords make educated decisions about their real estate assets and offers effective solutions, whether through a purchase, disposition, or new lease. His knowledge of different property types, including urban and downtown, neighborhood/grocery-anchored shopping centers, and mixed-use properties has earned him a reputation as a versatile broker with an owner’s mentality. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Josh served as a retail and investment sales and leasing director for Newmark in their Newport Beach office. During his tenure there, assignments included investment sales, strategic planning, entitlement work, and project leasing for new and existing development projects.
