John Pacifico

John Pacifico is a Director with NAI Long Island, specializing in retail leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, site selection, and mixed-use development throughout Long Island. John represents institutional and private landlords, developers, investors, franchise groups, and expanding retailers, helping clients position assets, identify opportunities, and execute leasing strategies aligned with long-term ownership objectives. His experience includes shopping centers, mixed-use developments, freestanding retail, redevelopment opportunities, and retail site selection. Prior to joining NAI Long Island, John spent seventeen years working alongside the ownership of Staller Associates, one of Long Island's most respected commercial real estate owners. During that time, he earned his New York real estate license and developed an owner's perspective on retail leasing, shopping center operations, redevelopment, and investment strategy under the mentorship of Erwin Staller. Known for his relationship-driven approach and collaborative leadership style, John has helped expand NAI Long Island's retail brokerage platform while building relationships with landlords, developers, tenant representatives, and retailers throughout the Long Island market. John is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), the NAI Retail Council, the Three Village Chamber of Commerce, the Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, and the Port Jefferson Station/Terryville Chamber of Commerce.
