John Giannuzzi

John Giannuzzi is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Practice Group and represents corporations in their leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit and investment sales. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, John worked as a Junior Funding specialist for Money Works Direct where he assisted senior funding specialists in opening new client accounts, as well as spoke with small business owners in need of working capital, and presented them with several financial options during the initial analysis. John successfully analyzed business bank statements and performed a cash flow analysis for their debt service.
