Prior to Lee & Associates, John was the Director of the commercial real estate division at First Team Commercial for over 15 years and brokered all property types such as; retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, and land development all over Southern California. John started his real estate career at CBRE, representing institutional clients such as: The Knoll Company, SunAmerica, Lincoln Properties, Johnson Controls, Fleming Co., and Mercedes-Benz. While at CBRE, John was awarded the Distinguished Salesman Award. John holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. A member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Members). Member of NAR (National Association of Realtors). John lives in Newport Beach and serves on the Irvine Terrace Association Board and Lee & Associates Newport Beach Board.
