John Davis

John Davis brings over five years of commercial experience to the Founders 3 office team, specializing in leasing for both downtown and suburban clients in the greater Milwaukee area. During his time at Founders 3, John has leased over 250,000 square feet of office space on behalf of clients such as Singerman Real Estate, Brookline Properties, Metropolitan Development and Decade Properties. John’s recent lease transactions include Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc (16,000 SF), MSI Data (15,000 SF) and Konecranes (8,000 SF). A high-profile project John is currently working on is the redevelopment of Block 6 within the Milwaukee Bucks’ Arena District; a 300,000 square foot office tower to be constructed and owned by the Bucks and one block from the highly acclaimed Fiserv Forum.
