John Caffray

John Caffray is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry with over 15 years of experience in Northeast Indiana real estate. Prior to his employment with Sturges Property Group, John was the Managing Director of Brokerage at the former NAI Harding Dahm. He also has experience as a Financial Advisor and previously worked for a real estate investment trust. In his current role as Vice President of Brokerage, John works diligently at procuring new business and cultivating relationships with existing clients to help them optimize their commercial real estate investments. He is also tasked with directing the Brokerage Team and is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new transaction management and workflow process improvements for the department. John received his education from Ball State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts management.
