Jerry Palmer

Jerry is an Investment Advisor that specializes in the analysis, acquisition and sale of investment grade properties and the land upon which they are developed. Prior to starting Braxton Woods, he enjoyed 20+ years with WestMar Commercial Real Estate and Sperry Van Ness (SVN), both specialty focused commercial real estate brokerages advising and leading clients through the execution of purchase and sale transactions. Jerry has a bachelor’s degree from a Canadian University (Carleton) with a Combined Major in Economics and Law. He is also certified in California by the California Tax Education Council.
