Jerry Palmer

Jerry is an Investment Advisor that specializes in the analysis, acquisition and sale of investment grade properties and the land upon which they are developed. Prior to joining WestMar in 2004, he spent several years with Sperry Van Ness (SVN), a national commercial real estate brokerage advising and leading clients through the execution of such purchase and sale transactions. Jerry has a bachelor’s degree from a Canadian University (Carleton) with a Combined Major in Economics and Law. He is also certified in California by the California Tax Education Council.
