As the Managing Director for Land Services at Oldham Goodwin, Jeremy is responsible for the collaboration of land professionals across multiple offices throughout the state of Texas. Jeremy brings 18 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and corporate real estate portfolio management. At Oldham Goodwin, he focuses on the principal representation for both acquisitions and dispositions of urban, suburban, and rural land. Jeremy possesses expert knowledge of asset valuation and land use analysis; coupled with integral experience with civil design procedures, technical reports, municipalities and other governmental regulatory agencies. Jeremy manages more than $100 Million in assets currently listed for market disposition. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, he served on a top producing national investment sales team at CBRE and provided portfolio management for a Fortune 200 Company at JLL.
