Jeremy Principe

Jeremy Principe is a commercial real estate advisor at Westcord and a third-generation member of the firm. He focuses primarily on office and industrial leasing throughout the Conejo Valley and surrounding Southern California markets, working closely with landlords, investors, and ownership groups on leasing strategy and asset positioning. Jeremy is known for his proactive approach to business development, creative problem-solving, and hands-on client representation. He combines traditional relationship-driven brokerage with modern marketing and outreach strategies to help clients maximize the value and visibility of their properties in an increasingly competitive market. Jeremy earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of San Diego. Outside of real estate, Jeremy enjoys surfing, golf, fitness, and spending time outdoors.
