Jeffrey Fischer

Over the last 20+ years, Jeff has held brokerage and development roles in Chicago. Trusted clients and tenant representation opportunities have frequently taken him across the country to fulfill their real estate requirements. Prior to KBC Advisors, Jeff was a Board member, shareholder and top producer at NAI Hiffman. Although Jeff is predominantly a tenant representation broker, his more than two decades of experience have resulted in representing both tenants and owners across every stage of the real estate transaction lifecycle, including leasing, sales, tenant representation, capital markets, appraisal and development. Throughout his career, Jeff has sustained meaningful client and colleague connections, advising a strong base of loyal client relationships, as well as mentoring and serving on local real estate association boards. Jeff and his wife are blessed with three amazing children. As a proud University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, Jeff and the Fischer family try to get back to campus often. Jeff is a Board member of the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association and sits on the Scholarship Review Committee. Jeff and his wife both have individual charities and causes they passionately support.
