Jeff Wood

Jeff Wood is a Senior Vice President at JLL based in Dallas, Texas. He serves as an Agency Leasing Team leader representing clients, both local and institutional, in a myriad of transaction types. Jeff is responsible for helping source deals on behalf of clients and developing strategic approaches to help clients maximize asset values. He is responsible for business development and has an in-depth knowledge of lease negotiations and financial analysis. Jeff was a Senior Vice President at Peloton Commercial Real Estate for 12 years before it was acquired by JLL in 2019. There, he was one of the firms longest tenured employees and consistently one of the firms leading producers. Peloton was created in 2002, and by 2019 had grown to 5 cities, 275 employees, over 25 million square feet of leasing, and had a 15 million square foot management portfolio.
