Jeff Stenger

Jeffrey T. Stenger is a licensed commercial real estate associate in Morgantown, West Virginia. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Maryland and his real estate license through the West Virginia Real Estate Commission. As a Morgantown native who attended school and worked in the Washington metropolitan area, Jeff brings a unique perspective to the team. Throughout his years of working with corporate insurance companies and in the area of hospitality management, Jeff learned the critical details of restaurant operations, customer service, and record keeping procedures. Today, Jeff applies those same skills in his role as a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Black Diamond Realty, where he leases and sells office space, industrial warehouse locations, retail locations, and businesses, in addition to initiating lease negotiations and land transactions. During his years in real estate, Jeff has helped a variety of clients buy, sell, and lease properties throughout the area. From 400 sq ft office suites to 35,000 sq ft multi-million dollar transactions, Jeff enjoys supporting his clients, property owners, and developers in their successes. He most enjoys the versatility of his daily work and continuing to evolve with the ever-changing commercial real estate market. He takes pride in forming relationships with his growing base of clientele, and in seeing businesses grow and flourish in north central West Virginia and the surrounding area.
