James Tyrrell

James Tyrrell is a Vice President with CBRE’s National Retail Partners-West team, which specializes in the marketing and disposition of retail shopping centers throughout the western United States. With 10 years of experience, James exclusively focuses on advising clients on strip center, neighborhood center, community, and power retail shopping center transactions. James started at CBRE in 2015 as an analyst in the South Bay focusing on coastal retail assets. James joined the NRP-West team in 2016, which currently consists of 18-members and controls for the majority of CBRE’s retail investment sale inventory in the US.
