James McKay

James is a Greenville native who recently joined Lee & Associates Greenville as a broker specializing in the retail market. He previously was the primary leasing agent for a multi-million square foot retail portfolio with properties throughout the Southeast. This experience in owner representation gives him an edge on targeting, marketing, and negotiating with local, regional, and national tenants. James is an active member of the renowned International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) which brings together national and international retailers in search of viable and suitable locations developers and retail real estate agents. James studied marketing at Francis Marion University where he also participated in multiple campus organizations and charitable work.
