Jake Malman
The creation of Malman Commercial Real Estate is a natural progression for Jake, who previously was a broker associate at NAI Shames Makovsky from 2016-2022. During his time at NAI Shames Makovsky, he brokered many high-profile transactions and was involved in over 5 million square feet of transactions, exceeding a total value of $150m. In his new role as Managing Broker and founder of Malman Commercial Real Estate, Jake will leverage his relationships and transacting experience, providing a high-quality experience for his clients. Malman Commercial Real Estate is seeking buyer, seller, tenant and landlord representation opportunities – in all asset types and transaction values. The firm’s focus is on investment sales opportunities through buyer/seller representation and can provide excellent service to their clients throughout the process. Jake is a Colorado native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Colorado.
