Jake Bottcher

Jake specializes in industrial leasing and sales and works with the brokerage team to foster new business opportunities. Jake leverages his market knowledge, creative thinking, and professional contacts to originate and execute comprehensive strategies curated specifically for clients. Prior to joining JH Berry, Jake started his career in investment banking for Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, Florida. He worked specifically with industrial building products firms and media companies. Jake graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in finance, specializing in investment management with a minor in computer science applications. Jake is a member of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church and the Sunrise Rotary Club. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his friends and family, going to the lake, playing golf, and watching Alabama football.
