Jack Brennan

Jack specializes in assisting tenants and owners, both private and institutional, in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial and land assets in the western suburbs of Chicago. He has enjoyed growing his career in the Chicago marketplace and serving clients in site selection, building evaluation, financial analysis, and strategic real estate advisory. While he focuses in the I-88, I-90, I-55, and Central DuPage submarkets, he is experienced in multi-market transactions. Jack joined NAI Hiffman in 2020 after spending his first four years in the business at Cawley Chicago. He has personally facilitated the successful sale or lease of transactions in excess of $125,000,000. He is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and Fenwick High School in Oak Park, IL.
