Israel's entrepreneurship background started prior to his birth in his natal country Dominican Republic, his grandparents held commercial activities in a small town on the northern side of the island where they made large real estate acquisitions and built numerous business deals with locals. Born in an accommodating family, Israel obtained multiple academic degrees including Doctor in Medicine from one of the most prestigious universities in the world.
