
Harry Su is an Associate with CBRE Capital Markets working alongside Gary Stache and Anthony Delorenzo’s Private Capital Partners team. Based out of Newport Beach, Harry specializes in the sale of office, medical, industrial, and flex properties throughout Orange County and Greater Los Angeles. With a strong emphasis on sourcing foreign capital from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, he has extensive experience working with investors and institutions around the world. Harry began his career at CBRE during his sophomore year at Arizona State University, working full-time while completing his degree. He started under the guidance of Geoff Turbow, supporting investment sales across the Southwest and quickly gaining exposure to institutional and private capital transactions. After two and a half years, he joined the national team in Newport Beach, where he continues to advise clients on strategic investments throughout the Western United States.
