Harry Adams

Harry joined Stream in 2019 and serves as Vice President for the San Antonio Market. His primary responsibilities include landlord and tenant representation, site selection, land disposition, and site development for third-party clients. Harry has represented numerous various owners and users in the market, including QuikTrip/Medwise, HTeaO, Santikos, Security Service, McCombs Family Properties, Stream Data Centers, Ace Hardware, Steele Group (Harbor Freight Developer), Liscotti Development (Chick-fil-a Developer), Landmark Communities, and Lockaway Self-Storage. In 2022, Harry personally closed over $27MM in retail and office transactions. Prior to Stream, Harry worked for Cadence Bank as a Portfolio Analyst for the San Antonio market. His responsibilities included sourcing, analyzing, and underwriting senior debt focusing on private equity-sponsored mergers and acquisitions within the middle market.
