He focuses mainly in the central business district of Mecklenburg County. His family has been in Industrial and Commercial development in Charlotte for the past 50 years. Greg’s focus is site location, tenant representation, and build-to-suit and commercial redevelopment. He is actively involved in the Mecklenburg County Architectural Review Committee which he has been appointed annually since 1999. His duties include selecting and reviewing Architects and Engineers for city-county projects.
