Greg Andretta

Greg Andretta, SIOR has over 37 years experience in the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate market. Born & Raised in Tampa, Greg started his real estate career in 1980 with nation real estate company Cushman&Wakefield. He worked there until 1988 when he left to go to work for Galbraith Huff, an industrial brokerage & development firm. Then in 1990 he joined The Elmer J. Krauss Organization, a regional commercial/industrial real estate company and became partners with Jim Marsh in 1991 while at The Krauss Organization. He and Jim Marsh started Andretta Marsh Properties in 1997. Greg has held membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors since 1988. He is past President of the Florida Chapter.
