Gary Blau

During Gary’s 25 years in industrial/commercial real estate, he has completed over fifteen-million square feet of industrial real estate transactions, valued at over $500 million. He takes pride in his achievement of having leased or sold all of the buildings he has listed. Gary attended the University of Southern California, where he received a B.A. in Political Science. He received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law. He practiced real estate and contract law (admitted, Central District Court – California) before leaving the practice of law to pursue his true passion, industrial and commercial real estate brokerage. Gary has extensive experience in the analysis, valuation, sale, purchase, and lease of industrial/commercial real estate. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), whose members represent today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful industrial real estate brokerage specialists. Gary also serves on the Board of Directors of the Broadway Rosecrans Industrial Commercial Association (BRICA), where he represents the business interests of major industrial companies in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.
