Forrest Cook serves as a Senior Vice President in the Fort Worth office. He is responsible for project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, acquisition/disposition services, and development services for the firm’s Industrial Division officing in Fort Worth. Since joining Stream in 2016, Forrest’s market knowledge and unparalleled level of service have played an instrumental role in closing more than 15,000,000 square feet of industrial, flex, land, and construction transactions, which accounted for over $925,000,000 in transaction volume. Forrest attended Texas A&M University, where he received his Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate.
