Eric previously held positions as the Head of Business Development and Portfolio Management at Siemens Healthineers, as Senior Manager for Bimbo Bakeries USA’s Capital Finance and Real Estate division, as an Asset Manager with GSA, and as Principal with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. Eric has negotiated several million square feet of deals in the Northeast logistics corridor and across the US.
