Eric Morgan is the founder and president of Morgan Realty Group, a principal-led commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm serving Dallas / Fort Worth. Since 2004 he has completed approximately 1,000 transactions representing roughly $1 billion in value across industrial, office, flex, retail, and land. Eric spent ten years as a top producer at Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group before founding Morgan Realty Group in 2012, after reading Proverbs 18:16 — "A gift opens the way and ushers the giver into the presence of the great."
