Eric Ferber

Eric specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties in the Phoenix Metro market. He represents over a Million square feet of space in the Greater Phoenix Area giving him an in-depth understanding of the market. In addition to Landlord services, Eric also represents his clients in tenant relocations, tenant expansions, owner/user sales, and investor acquisitions. Eric obtained his CCIM Designation in 2021 in Pittsburgh, PA. Eric is a graduate of Robert Morris University where he competed on the Division 1 Men’s Hockey Team.
