Diane Signorelli

Diane began her commercial real estate career in 2008 at the peak of the recession. Previously she worked in the hospitality industry in the management and sales of large events focused in the corporate, educational and entertainment fields. She brings years of sales, management, negotiation and relationship building experience to the table. Prior to joining Apex Commercial Properties, LLC, Diane worked for six years at other brokerage firms successfully representing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants in all types of transactions including office, retail, industrial and multi-family. Diane has a focused interest in the Healthcare industry as representative and advisor for clinics and independent practices. She has relationships with banks, attorneys, contractors, architects, developers that specialize in healthcare, equipment suppliers, and more. She has an understanding of the market, of lease renewal and acquisition negotiations, and a strong understanding of a clients' need for visibility, access and tenant mix, and she provides analysis for expansion, site selection, demographics and competition.
