Dean Wilson

Dean serves as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Sterling Commercial Real Estate Advisors, focusing on multifamily, hospitality, and investment properties throughout Montana. Prior to commercial real estate, Dean served as a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he led engineering and operational teams in high-pressure environments both domestically and abroad. His experience managing personnel, logistics, planning, and mission execution developed the disciplined and analytical approach he now brings to commercial real estate advisory services. Dean earned his MBA from the University of Montana and enjoys helping clients identify opportunities within Montana’s growing commercial real estate markets. His interests include investment analysis, market research, and emerging opportunities across the Mountain West.
