Davis Finney leads a team that specializes in the sale of government leased and industrial properties throughout the United States with a strategic focus on single-tenant properties with high credit tenancy. He has established himself as a leader in investment sales of institutional-grade real estate across various asset classes. Davis is a member of the National Federal Development Association (NFDA). Davis earned a degree in Risk Management from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. A native of Athens, Georgia, Davis attended Athens Academy. Davis enjoys taking clients on golf trips to Athens Country Club in Athens, Georgia and various golf courses in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Davis lives in the Sandy Springs neighborhood of Atlanta with his fiancée, Madison, and beloved Golden Retriever, Hattie. He is an avid sports fan.
