David Kaplan

Born and raised in Chicago, David Kaplan is a proud member of Strauss Realty. David earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Business Administration from the University of Denver. David brings a strong background in logistics brokerage and real estate technology sales to his role at Strauss Realty. David is passionate about utilizing his diverse experience to assist clients in identifying the ideal commercial real estate properties that align with their needs. His competitive spirit, developed through years of playing hockey, fuels his relentless drive and commitment, establishing him as a leading salesperson in his previous roles. Outside of his work Strauss Realty, David is involved in fundraising and advocacy for Hyde Park Day School, a Chicagoland institution specializing in education for children with learning disabilities. On weekends, he enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Lucy and Harper.
