David Dowd joined CBRE, Inc. in September 2015 as Senior Vice President. David has over 30 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry and has established a reputation for knowledge, reliability, and professionalism in representing clients in the commercial real estate market. Specializing in Landlord representation, he is well-known in the commercial real estate community for his acute knowledge of Orange County office properties. His expertise is derived from his activity as a broker over the past three decades. Since joining CBRE, David has completed nearly 600 transactions totaling 4.7 million square feet and $1.5 billion in value. David started his commercial real estate career in 1987 at Cushman and Wakefield Company where his primary focus was office leasing in Orange County. He has been recognized with various honors, including Irvine Company Broker of the Year and Cushman & Wakefield’s President’s Circle and Chairman’s Circle awards.
