Daniel Woznica

Daniel Woznica is a Leasing Associate at Pegasus Asset Management where he represents landlords and tenants in retail transactions. Before joining the leasing team, Daniel spent three years working in the Asset Management department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and landlord-tenant relationships at dozens of Pegasus-managed retail properties. Prior to joining Pegasus, Daniel completed two internships with NewMark Merrill Companies where he was involved in several aspects of their retail management operations. Mr. Woznica earned his B.A. in Real Estate from The George Washington University School of Business in 2021. Daniel was born in New York City and was raised in Los Angeles where he currently resides.
