Daniel Macks

Daniel Macks, Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners, joined the firm in 2018. Daniel brings with him a strong background in the real estate and finance industry working in all facets of analytics, advisory, and transaction execution. Daniel’s background provides him with the deep level of expertise needed when working with private equity firms, corporate owners, developers, and franchisees across the nation, structuring and executing sale leaseback transactions. Since joining STREAM, Daniel has underwritten more than $5 billion in sale leaseback transactions; ranging from industrial, medical, office, and retail. Daniel graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in finance and real estate.
