
Curtis Leonhardt has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 11 years. Since joining Form Retail Advisors (now Marcus & Millichap), he’s focused on representing both buyers and sellers of income-producing retail assets and commercial land throughout B.C. and Alberta – executing on in excess of $450 million in sales in the last five years. Over the last decade, Curtis has had the pleasure to work both vendors and purchasers on the dispositions and acquisitions of shopping centres, anchored strip malls and plazas, mixed-use development sites, multi-family development land, and single-tenant assets. Prior to joining Form (now Marcus & Millichap), Curtis gained valuable industry experience in lease negotiations and financial analysis as a Development Manager for Terracon Development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has a strong background in financial analysis and is currently a level II candidate pursuing the CFA accreditation. Curtis graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, double majoring in finance and entrepreneurship.
