He has negotiated long-term commercial leases with firms including Anheuser-Busch, Colectivo Coffee, Cubic Corporation, Dark Matter Coffee, Drape Kings, John Burns Construction, LeaderOne Financial, Taco Bell, The Office Connection, amongst others.
