Cody Ferrin

Born and raised in the community, he graduated from Evanston High School before attending Utah State University. With a background in sales and a passion for real estate, Cody earned his Wyoming Real Estate License in 2014 and founded APEX Real Estate in 2021. Known for his personable approach, local market expertise, and attention to detail, Cody is committed to providing every client with a positive and successful real estate experience. He has extensive experience representing clients in residential, land, and commercial transactions throughout Wyoming and takes pride in helping buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners achieve their goals. Whether assisting with a home purchase, rural acreage, or commercial property, Cody leverages his market knowledge and dedication to guide clients every step of the way. Outside of real estate, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. As a family, they love exploring the outdoors, including riding side-by-sides, camping, fishing, and traveling. They especially appreciate the easy access to Wyoming’s mountains and the many recreational opportunities the region has to offer.
